Our Essence
Sancho Tapas Bar is a blend of tradition and street culture. It pays homage to classic tapas bars while offering a more modern, fresh, and Mediterranean atmosphere.
We’re inspired by the pleasant buzz of a crowded bar. Shared beers. Napkins on the table. The aroma of food being cooked and conversations that go on and on.
We wanted to create an authentic place, without pretension, where locals and travelers alike feel equally at home. A place with its own personality, a laid-back atmosphere, and honest tapas made to be enjoyed.
